David,
Thank you so much for showing Grandma all the love that you did over the past 15 years you were together. You were a great addition to the family. I will miss that smile and BIG bear hugs that you would give. Please watch over grandma during this holiday season and just let her know that you are still here with us in spirit. We love you and miss you more than words can express!!! Keep dancing in heaven. Say hello and give my dad a hug for me. You will NEVER be forgotten!!! WE LOVE YOU!!!!

Dear Grandpa,
Grandma came home today. Went and saw her along with the rest of the family. But I was listening to her say that she held your hand... and a tear fell from your face...then she layed her hand on your cheek as you flew up to heaven. I lost it grandpa. I miss you. But I hope your watching over me because I need you. You always made me laugh. Especially when we were at the cabin singing and dancing to sugarland lol andddd when we went to Petoskey for Zachs soccer tournament and I grabbed a box of cheez-its and you told me you already had some...i told you it was okay, i wanted the hot and spicy ones...a few minutes later you looked at me and said, "Ashley, ya know what?" and i said, "What grandpa?" you replied with, "Grandma is MY hot and spicy." hahaha then she started yelling at ya and you said, "well...SOMETIMES." lol I remember when we danced at Eric and Jessica's wedding too(: You always loved playing and messing with my hair too lol You always loved when Zach and I stayed the night. We would play games all night and would always play with us. I remember that old blue chair you always sat in(: You always were there. Florida with you and growing up with you were the greatest years of my life. Florida was always a BLAST! You would tell us stories about when you grew up and your BIG brother haha i always remember going out to eat down there and we would have leftovers...i would go to eat them the next day and you would say, "Oops...i got hungry during the night last night...i ate them." haha always loved playing shuffle board too(: You were hilarious grandpa(: I love you and miss you grandpa. I'll see you in heaven one day. Till then, keep on dancing up there... and I'll dance with grandma for ya down here? I love you.
Love, Ashley
I can't believe you are gone..Such a shock! What am I going to do without you?
We had so much fun in the 15 years we were married plus the 14 months we went together. I am so greatful you accepted my large family. You loved Florida so much but were willing to come to Michigan for me to be with my family. You fit right in. They all loved you and so did I. We had plans to come to Michigan for the holidays but here I am without you..We all miss you so much. Thank goodness for our family and friends who have been wonderful to me.. You are with us in spirit and will always be a part of my heart...Love you and miss you...your wife,Joanne xoxoxoox
Our thoughts and prayers are with Joanne and the rest of Dave's family. He was a super nice person who loved having a good time and he was also a great neighbor! We will all miss you, Dave!
