Marcia was a beautiful angel of a person. She was the Lord's best. Marcia had an attitude of servitude and would 'step up' whenever and wherever she was needed. My precious friend, Marcia, what will I do without you? We often laughed till we cried, we talked about the grandkids we share, we swapped out babysitting duties, we talked on the phone, we loved our long lunches at Olive Garden. I could go on, but the memories are too many. The one joy I take from all this earthly sorrow is that I will see you again on that heavenly shore. We’ll walk side by side, and the glorious waves will wash across our feet as we make perfect footprints in the sand and glory in our Savior’s love.
Quite often Marcia & I would sit in the front of class so we could get everything the instructor said without distractions. We would talk over homework. I started going to UMYF at Asbury where Marcia went so we saw each other at youth fellowship. One year Marcia played her piano at school for choir class and I was part of choir at school. Our paths crossed many times! We both went to C.M.U. after high school. She will be singing in Heaven!
