As a volunteer in the community I wish to extend my sincerest condolences with the passing of your husband and father Michael.
At times like these it seems no amount of words can fill the void we now have. However, comfort can always be provided from God’s Word the bible. I would like to briefly share one thought with you that I hope will give you and your family a measure of peace during this difficult time. It is found in your bible at John chapter 5 and verse 28 (John 5:28). It is the words of Jesus, and he eloquently describes a time when the sting of death will be reversed. I quote for you from the New World Translation: “ Do not marvel at this, the hour is coming in which all those in the memorial tombs will hear his voice and come out.” When you have a quiet moment, perhaps you can view these words yourself in your personal bible to draw added comfort.
