Barbara Fisher
Nancy was actually my mother's first cousin but she and I were less than a month apart in age. We were connected through the Dotson family and, also, classmates at the new Lima Senior High School. I was in the first class - 1956 and she in the Class of 1957.
I remember her as a majorette in the marching band and, also, as a great dancer. She had beautiful long legs that she could kick high.
In the last few years we would talk periodically on the phone to catch up on our lives and learn what was new in our families. She was always so proud of her sons and the grandchildren. I now miss talking to her.
