Dear Christine and all the Kantola Family,
I remember Bill - "Willy" - well! That's what I and some others called him when growing up in the 30's and 40's. He was four years older and he was my idol at that time! I always remember him coming to Dad's store at Moorland Corners. I thought the he was a special friend. We would chat and have fun - to the point that Dad would often ask if I was getting things done in the store?! He liked Willy also so that helped! With wonderful and fond memories - My Sincere Condolences!

I have so many fond memories of uncle Bill. Doing chores in the basement of the old barn as a kid, asking me if I had any good "sound shots" as a rookie in deer camp, working for him at the All Weather Elevator, listening to the tigers a the family reunions. He always had a gleam in his eye, smile on his face and an infectious sense of humor. He will be sadly missed but fondly remember. I'm sure he and dad are wetting a line in heaven. God Bless
