Ingeborg Maria “Inga” Weavers, age 68, passed away Friday, February 4, 2022. She was born July 11, 1953 in Ravensburg, Germany to Kaspar and Elsa Elizabeth (Hamberger) Herre and came to the United States in 2004. On August 27, 2004, she married Robert B. Weavers in Spring Lake. Inga worked in the accounting department for L3 Communications for 10 years. She later worked as a receptionist for Catholic Charities West Michigan and retired in 2020. Survivors include her husband, Robert Weavers; 4 children, Tamilyn (Ross) Boersen, Nicholas (Elizabeth) Vander Sys, Noelle Weavers, Christopher Weavers; 5 grandchildren, Robbie, Audrey, Gage, Gretchen, Grady; 1 brother, Reinhold (Marianne) Herre; nephew, Tim (Mariam) Herre and niece, Nina (Til) Herre. She was preceded in death by her parents and 1 sister, Ellzabeth Herre. Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated 11:00 AM Friday, February 11, 2022 at St. Patrick Catholic Church (920 Fulton Street, Grand Haven) with Rev. Fr. Charles Schwartz presiding. Visitation will be held 2-4 PM and 6-8 PM Thursday at The Lee Chapel of Sytsema Funeral & Cremation Services, 6291 Harvey St, Norton Shores, MI 49444.
