Dear Roberta and Nicole,
I just was shocked to discover that my Christmas card to your mother was returned. When I didn’t hear from her at her birthday ( she and my husband shared the same date) I tried calling and sent additional notes. My daughter just checked one of her sources and I learned she passed away!! I was so overwhelmed and saddened by this news. I wondered if there was any special memorials or something special I can do I her memory. We were friends for many years and first met at sidewalk sales. Traveled together and spent lovely hours up at Lake Gogebic and went back and forth. I was unfortunately in hospital myself (at her death ) with a hip replacement. Please give my condolences to her whole family. She was so friendly and kind… I loved her laugh. She loved all of you so much. I will treasure many of the memories we had.
