Linda Worth Crane

March 11, 1948 - March 24, 2022

Mrs. Linda Worth Crane, age 74, passed away unexpectedly at her home on Thursday, March 24, 2022. She was born in Hart, Michigan on March 11, 1948 to Oscar and Ruby (Riggs) Worth and was a graduate of Hart High School. Linda worked for Sealed Power, Trace Analytical, and Eagle Ottawa Tannery prior to her retirement in 2005. On November 12, 1979, Linda married Jerry Crane and they were married for 16 years prior to his passing in 1995. Linda enjoyed living at Sandalwood Shores Condominiums where she had many friends and enjoyed her neighborhood book club. In her earlier years, she enjoyed riding Harley Davidson motorcycles with Dick, driving her 1967 Chevrolet Camaro and camping. Linda made the most of her retirement years and was able to spend many winters in Florida and Gulf Shores, Alabama. She is survived by her sister, Mary (Gary Curtis) Riddell; two brothers, Thomas (Cathy) Worth and Gary (Jane) Worth; sister-in-law, Carolyn Worth; three step-children, Christine (Mark) Bytwerk, Gregory Crane, and Douglas (Melanie) Crane; seven grandchildren; three great-grandchildren; and many nieces and nephews. In addition to her husband, Jerry, Linda was preceded in death by one brother, Gordon Worth and her significant other, Dick Scholten in 2013. A CELEBRATION OF LIFE OPEN HOUSE will be held from 11:00 AM – 2:00 PM on Friday, April 15, 2022 at the Sandalwood Community Building (880 N. Sandalwood Circle, Norton Shores, MI 49441).
