Patricia Ann VanderMolen Obituary - Visitation & Funeral Information

Patricia Ann VanderMolen, age 84, passed away on Tuesday, June 21, 2022. She was born on October 15, 1937, to Clyde and Charlotte (Gorman) Beckley in Muskegon. On February 13, 1970, Patricia married David VanderMolen, and they spent 46 loving years together until his passing in April of 2016. Patricia was a feisty and fun spirit who always kept people laughing. Her family fondly remembers her for the great meals she cooked and the time she spent crocheting items for her loved ones. She will be missed dearly by all who knew her. She is lovingly survived by her children, Lisa Fox, Steven (Barb) Vetter, Tom VanderMolen, Kirk (Melissa) VanderMolen, Jeff Vetter (Hope Richardson), Joseph VanderMolen, Molly VanderMolen (Marion Anderson); grandkids, Daniel, Joel, Steven, Jessica, Jennifer, Marcus, Nick, Kyle, Lindsey, Kirsten, Nicole, Hendrix, Nicholas, Samuel, Alexander; 12 great grandkids, many nieces and nephews; and her faithful companion, Hailey. She was preceded in death by her parents; husband, David VanderMolen; and siblings, Henry “Dick” Beckley, Evelyn Welkoske, and Vernon Beckley. A MEMORIAL SERVICE for Patricia will take place on Monday, June 27, 2022, at 4:00 PM at The Sytsema Funeral & Cremation Services, 737 E. Apple Ave. Muskegon, MI 49442. Immediately following the services cake and coffee with Patricia's family will be served at Bethel Baptist Church (1066 E. Byron Rd. Norton Shores, MI 49441).
