My condolences go out to Walt's entire family. I'm sure he will be missed by all. I had the privilege of working with Walter for many years. As an instrumental teacher, I was very appreciative of his staunch support for the arts in our schools. He not only supported the programs, but also attended many concerts and other arts activities while working for the schools. He was always a gentleman and a pleasure to be around!

My wonderful, kind and loving uncle. Always unassuming. Always a good listener. A man I looked up to, thinking this is the way a father should be. I will never forget how he walked through life... literally... and I am grateful to have had him as family.

Walter was a wonderful gentleman and educator. Both Walt and Margaret made a positive mark on our community and school system.
Diana and I regret we are out of town and can only celebrate his life and memories with a contribution to GH Schools Foundation.
