Semper Fi and god speed your journey Jeff.
We have never met, but we wanted to send a note to let you know that we were so fortunate to have had the opportunity to meet Jeff a few years ago. He was truly a very special man. He embraced our family with love, respect and shared his great sense of humor as if he had known us a lifetime. We are blest to have known him and wanted to let you know that he made an everlasting impression on our family and we are grateful that you shared your son and brother with us. With deepest sympathy, your family remains in our prayers.

Thank you for sharing Jeff's victorious Journey with us. His story touched us and will continue to touch others. To God be the glory! God bless you all. We will continue to pray for you all as you grieve for him.

Dearest Bob, Patty, Cassey, Jason, and Tonya,
We just discovered that the Lord called Jeff home, to his eternal home. Praise God! Don’t ever say, Jeff lost his battle with cancer, he didn’t, Jeff is alive, the cancer is dead!
May you all find comfort in knowing that Jeff is resting peacefully in the arms of his dear Savior. Free from pain, a new body in Christ and celebrating with great grandparents Mr. & Mrs. Beirling with the many blessings from their Savior. You will see Jeff again!
The gospel is true! The bible tells us before we are even conceived; He knows the day He will call us home. We know it was not your time, but it was God’s time to call His child home.
God knew him before we did, and He knew how awesome he was. It is well with my soul.
Jeff was not only a hero in the Marines for he was a hero in life on earth. Accepted the Lord as his personal savior, fought a long battle with no complaints and now this hero has passed the baton.
We have know all of your siblings since the day they were born for we have been best friends with you parents and grandparents, Ron and Dorothy Rands for over 50 years. You are all like family to us and may the heartfelt sympathy of loved ones give you strength enough to bear the loss that comes to you.
Scripture tells us "Be still and KNOW that I am God". In this time of loss and sorrow it is difficult to be still. As children of God that is where the "knowing" comes in. We know the character of God and that is where our faith has to carry us through. He promises to give a peace that passes our human understanding. Praying you will know that peace.
Cassey Honey: You were so very wonderful in keeping friends updated with "Jeff’s Victorious Journey"! That taught us daily how to pray. Thank you sweetheart!
Our love and prayers are with you all.
