I had a brief opportunity to meet Dr. Creason as he was working along the sidewalk of his home three summers ago. I had heard about his family, and knew who he was. I was humbled that he took a moment to greet me, and we chatted for a few minutes about the expansive wall and plantings that he was working on. Since that encounter when I happen past the stately home, I think fondly of Dr. Creason, and will miss having another chance encounter. Blessings to the Creason family.

My sincere sympathies to the Creason family. There was not one man who gave more - and meant more - to the Grand Haven Community than Dr. Bill Creason.. ever. His family, his faith, his service, and his work ethic touched thousands of lives, including my Grandparents', my Parents', mine and my children's, in such profound and positive manners. Knowing countless souls in Heaven are so joyous that Bill is with them once again - this time, forever and ever - will hopefully bring comfort to the wonderful Creason family.

Worked with Mr. Creason side by side at the fountain on Duey Hill with our Great Cross the Nativity Scene. What a Great Man we talked at the Air Park a few weeks ago while watching the planes. Always a kind word and looking for a way to improve our Town such a wonderful person to have had a chance to know. Thank You ! Bill !!!

I just adored my Uncle Bill! He had that lively Creason voice, those gregarious and powerful, heart-felt Creason hugs, and a generous, generous heart. In addition, he was such an accomplished and kind man. I'm at least thankful that he didn't suffer. To all my Creason cousins and relatives: I'm so sorry, but I know each and every one of you will carry on in the tradition Bill established through example. What a man. What a man.
