I am so sad to hear about the passing of Yvonne. She was always so kind and made you feel like a friend. I will always be grateful to her for the way she treated and loved my daughters Hailey and Chloe. I know they loved spending time with her as their grandmother. My heart and prayers go out to her brothers, sisters, John, Kari and especially Bruce during this difficult time!

Yvonne was a rare and beautiful soul—kind, thoughtful, and strong, not only in presence but in spirit.

She wasn’t just a friend to us; she was family. She played for hours in the pool when my girls were little and marveled at their accomplishments as they grew. She loved being on the water, spending hours on the boat fishing in the ocean and crabbing in the bay. When I reconnected with my high school sweetheart, she convinced my parents that love isn’t bound by time, and that finding later in life is just as sweet, just as meaningful.

Yvonne lived with a generosity that wrapped around all of us like a warm embrace. Whether it was her unwavering support or the simple but profound way she made us all feel seen and cherished, she left an imprint on our hearts that will never fade.

I knew Yvonne from Futura Yacht Club in the Florida Keys. She was a wonderful, upbeat person who lit up a room. I will miss her. Hugs to the family, especially Bruce who was her soulmate. RIP Yvonne.

I met Yvonne through her sister Julie. We also share a nephew (Jeff). Yvonne helped me get my foot in the door at Plunkett Cooney. She was always so helpful and always had a smile on her face. We car pooled for a bit while working together at Plunkett so I got to know her as a fun and caring person. Also very active! I am so sorry to hear she passed. Her life sounds amazing and so full! My heart goes out to her husband and family, and of course her siblings who I have met through the years.
