Walking on Waves- Tuesdays 4-5 PM from Sept. 17 to Oct. 22

It's no secret that grief affects us physically, too. This 6-week walking group is designed to encourage physical and social activity and is open to anyone who is grieving a death loss and could use some fresh air. Come join us - no sign-up required!

We will meet 4 PM Tuesdays from September 17 to October 22, 2019 at the lower level parking lot at Fricano Place (1050 W. Western Ave. Muskegon 49441).
