We are happy Carmen has gone to be with her Lord, but we will miss her very much. Lisa and Michael have many happy memories of visiting Carmen when we made our annual visit to Michigan. She always had a treat for them and that cozy corner to watch TV and amuse themselves while their mom and Carmen visited. Carmen and Bob were two of the nicest people I have ever had the pleasure to know. They were wonderful examples as we grew up at First Reformed, and their homes and hearts were always open to us kids.

We knew Carmen through her good neighbors, Dale and Carol Hughes. She was a great person to know and be around. Several times, Carmen, Carol and I would go to lunch and always had a good time being with her. Carmen will be missed by all her friends.
