Mrs. Helen A. Gahan, 100, passed away Monday evening, November 7, 2016, in Muskegon. She was born August 30, 1916 to Thomas and Sofia (Adamczyk) Miskowiec in Sullivan Towhship, and moved into Muskegon in 1943. Helen worked at Tele Read Obituary
Helen was an awesome lady. I so admired here for her get up and go attitude and not feeling sorry for herself. Even if it was a struggle to use her walker instead of her wheelchair, she would choose the walker. She was determined to walk as long as she could. I loved the way she kept her makeup the best presentable and her choice of matching clothing to wear. She was one great lady and we, at Dayspring, will miss her. God rest her soul. I've known the Leutscher's for many years but I just met
Helen a couple of years ago at Dayspring....she was a great
lady with a lot of zest for being 100.

WE had the pleasure of attending church together and being so active in many areas
of service. Church was a big part of her life.
Helen was one of my clients in the Beauty Shop for many years. Helen took pride in how she looked. She was Stately, Articulate in speech, knew so much about many subjects. She loved asking questions then expressing her thoughts.
She had so many wonderful years. Enjoyed going to her 100 Birthday Party.
