To the Jett family,
I just don't know where to begin. Jim was a great guy. He and Ina are joy to know and visit with. 12 to 15 years ago they even met me for dinner when I was visiting my parents in Florida (when they were wintering there). I have many fond memories of that visit as well as their visit to MO a few years ago.
I spoke with Jim just a couple of weeks ago after he came home from the hospital. He said he wasn't 100% but he felt he was nearly there. He had called the Covenant 800 phone number when he was hospitalized because he couldn't remember his own 800 number- so I gave him his number. He missed working on the road. He was keeping track of all the new casinos opening in MI. He will be dearly missed.
