To all that new and helped my dad through his last days, thank you so much. I couldn`t have done it all by myself and worked my full time job at the same time. I know my dad is looking down and saying thank you to all that helped me. I know he was so frustrated that he couldn`t talk in his last days, he wanted and tried to tell me how he felt. God Bless you all and thanks again, Mike Stewart##imported-begin##Mike Stewart ( Ray`s son)##imported-end##
Dear Stewart Family,
I am so sorry for your loss. I worked at the nursing home with Ray for the time that he was there and I have to say that he gave me something to look forward to when I went to work every night. No matter how rough our shifts were, he always gave us a reason to smile and then none of the bad stuff mattered anymore because he made us remember why we were there in the first place, to help people. And as he would have told us, "You got it!" I will always remember Ray, no matter what.
Sincerely,
Julia Trevino##imported-begin##Julia Trevino##imported-end##

Dear Mike, Jeanne, and Kids:
Whenever I think of Ray Stewart, I remember the kindest and most friendly man. It was always a pleasure to see him, whether at school, or out in the community. I knew he would have a smile and a little time to chat with me. That trait is sorely missing in today's young people. Maybe some of you can pass that part of his legacy on to others along the way. We need to take time to talk and listen to others, not just rush, rush, rush through everything we do.
He made me feel good that I had the opportunity to talk with him. He made me feel important. I'm sure he had the same affect on others and he will be missed, but not forgotten.
The grand- daughters and great grand-children are fortunate to have had a grandpa like him.
You have my most sincere sympathy.
