Raymond A. Stewart's Obituary
Mr. Raymond A. Stewart, age 83, passed away, Friday, March 21, 2008 at a local nursing home. He was born April 13, 1924 in Fremont, MI to Raymond L. and Jennie (Straszewski) Stewart. Mr. Stewart was a former member of St. Thomas Catholic Church and attended Sacred Heart Catholic church. He retired from Muskegon Public Schools. He enjoyed being outdoors, hunting and fishing. On May 8, 1948 he married Otsie L. Frazier in Muskegon and she preceded him in death on February 27, 1995. He was survived by 1 son, Michael (Jeanne) Stewart of Muskegon and 2 granddaughters, Janis (Tony) Milliron and Jill (Rick) Venne and 5 great grandchildren. He is also survived by 1 brother, Kenneth (Pat) Stewart of FL and 1 sister, Dorothy Stewart of Muskegon. He was preceded in death by his parents and 1 sister Ruth Ann Smith.
