To all of the Porter family, I always had so much fun with Ruth at all of Bryces's little league baseball games. We spent a lot of summers sitting on those bleachers watching Bryce and my son Jason playing ball,with Jerry coaching!! Good memories of a good lady. To the family of Ruth Porter. I met Ruth only briefly when I worked with John at Oldbergs. I was immediately struck by her beauty and friendliness. My wife, Jeanne Anderson, was Gilda's teacher at Peach Plains School and was also impressed with her charm and and how bright she was.
