Scott Wayne, I love you and miss you already. Our life journeys kept us apart most of our adult lives. But I cherish the times we had together. Your laughs, your smiles, your stories could light up any room and liven any party.
I’ll miss our walks and talks when Linda and I got to Muskegon each year. Neither of us talked about the time between visits, we could just pick up like it was yesterday and not another year that passed. Thank you for letting me help with small repairs to your home whenever I could. It always gave me joy that I could help in some way, even if it was small.
I am sad that you will not be there whenever we return to Muskegon, but you will always be there in my heart, baby brother. I also know that Louie and I will talk about you a lot. If anybody ever really loved you, it is Louie. You and he, always worrying about each other and not fully understanding that we all make our choices in life, even those choices not the best for us. I promise to do my best to keep an eye on Lou for you. He is my brother too and I love him too.
I thank the Lord that he has given you peace. Say “Hi” to Mom and Dad for me. Save places for Linda and me so we can walk on and on and on together. With all my love, your brother, Paul W.
