I adored your mother and always will. She was one of the finest Christian ladies I have ever known. I loved working with her at church functions and she was so much fun to be around. Virginia was one of the most beautiful ladies that I know. We have been friends
for many years at First Christian Church and she was always there and ready
to help whenever the need. I will miss her and I know that your family will miss

Virginia was a constant member of the Women's Ministries/CWF of First Christian Church. I so appreciated her being such a great friend and member. We had a lot of fun and the back pew of our church is empty without her. I can still see her with her beautiful white hair saying hello to all who passed by. I will miss her as will all in our church. Love and condolences to the family. Anytime I talked with her after he left Dowagiac and she was always so upbeat and did say from time to time that she knew that she was in the twilight years and was comfortable with it. She had a great life.
