Andy and Marion were such special people. I was in one of Andy's Young Life groups...The Seagull's in 1974. I still have 3 of the beautiful stones he painted and gave to all of us as gifts..And I always loved the beautiful scriptures that Andy had written on the beams of his home...Beautiful, loving people. I will never forget all I learned from you Andy...My love and gratitude are yours forever..

Andy and Marion were both a gift to the world. I fondly remember childhood visits to their home. I especially remember Andy's passion for the Lord Jesus. I remember when Dutch knocked out my brother while boxing in the basement. Andy handled it so well. Our prayers are with the family. We are so sorry for your loss. It is a great loss for all of us at CLC. He came to our church late in life yet embraced our church as if it had been his home for years. We love going to your house and seeing the special hand painted tokens of love that grandpa made for your kids. We have the rock he painted from Molly's wedding on our bookcase. What a blessing to have known Andy - On behalf of My kids who loved when he would say hi- My Dad (Jim) who met him once and continued to ask how Andy was doing because Andy made such an impression on him - My self who loved Andy's words of wisdom regarding raising my kids.
