I came to know Heather through Diana Davis, and Duane, Heather's dad, who was Diana's late husband. Heather instantly accepted me almost as one of her own, when I moved to Montague from Muskegon in 2017, after losing my own wife in 2013.

I think my best memory of Heather is sharing my love of astronomy and star gazing with her. I'd often send her a msg that there was a beautiful crescent or Full Moon out that night, or a particular planet to view, or when the Int'l Space Station was to pass overhead next. She was so interested in everything I shared, and even came to visit the Fremont Observatory, where I'm a member, a few times with her husband, Will.

I enjoyed her visits and talks with us, as her voice and spirit was always cheerful, positive, and she was always smiling!

I know Heather is now at peace in God's Kingdom, and I pray His strength and comfort over Will and the family at this time, and in the days ahead.
Diana and I will miss you, Heather... Until we meet again!

We on the Planning Commission for the Village of Lakewood Club are truly devastated to hear of Heather's passing. What a joy to have had the chance to work beside her! She gave of her time and her talents with such a positive and delightful energy. Her level headed approach to the tasks at hand were needed and appreciated. I married Heathers dad Duane. She welcomed me into the family and was not only a daughter, but one of my best friends. We talked often and always watched a lady we both love do psychic readings along with going to see Sylvia Brown and another dear lady that came to town. She was with me anytime I needed her, and also at U of M when Duane was sick, and by my side when he passed. She loved sharing signs of loved one that had passed. She will be truly missed by me and my family and so many others that were blessed to know her. Fly high Heather and give Duane a hug for me.

Best Friend to everyone she met. She did my books for more years than I can remember. She always was happy to see ya. Listened intently. She was my right arm always looking out for my best interest. I know she is in heaven. I don't think it would have been possible for her to have wronged anyone, just wasn't in her. Losing her will be hard for so many as she did touch many lives. We love ya Heather.

I worked with Heather for a few months several years ago. She was an excellent trainer (very patient) and fun co-workers. I knew her to be friendly with clients/patients, outgoing, very genuine and caring. I left my job considering her a friend and we kept in touch through Facebook.

I was so saddened learning of her untimely passing and my heart goes out to her beloved family, her friends, her work family and all who loved her. May precious memories comfort you and give you peace.
