I loved this precious lady! She was always there with a hug and a smile, or an encouraging word. One of my favorite people in the church, who will be greatly missed!

Your smiles and soft spoken words will always be remembered. The tea at your home with fellowship, travel stories, and so much laughing made my face hurt. Enjoyed your friendship Irene.
Rick & I send our condolences to The South family.. Irene always had a smile on her face every time I saw her.. She brought sunshine and joy to her family, friends, and grandkids.. Irene loved her Father God, her family and cared so much about ppl.. Always sent cards expressing the love of friendship.. Irene will be missed.. But I know she's definitely with her daddy God smiling, singing and rejoicing, with him and the angels..No doubt she has a brand new pair of shoes dancing and worshipping her King..One of these days we will all be reunited together again, in a circle holding hands around the throne; singing songs of praise to the one who gave us eternal life.. Thoughts and continued prayers for strength to get tbru the coming days and weeks when you feel all alone.. Love you all..
My husband, Larry & I will miss this beautiful lady, she always had a smile on her face & when we got together we had so much fun. She was always there at the altar praying for people & always extended her hand to special need people & generated so much love. I will miss her laughter, her smile & her prayers. When my husband was very ill, in intensive care she & her husband & others prayed around his bed & he came home from the hospital feeling so great; that is what prayer from the heart can do. She was a very dear friend & sister in the Lord, but I know she is with Jesus now & I can't wait to see her again! Love, Mary & Larry Toneff
Clara, Bob and family,
No matter the length of time or where I saw Irene , she had a smile on her face and a hug to give. Along with the sadness comes the fond memories to cherish.
Prayers and love to your entire family
Love,
Sharon and Doug Tierman
Our condolences to all on Irene's passing. She was a friendly, kind, funny, and sharing cousin of my father, Charles, & my uncle, Marshall. I am grateful to have spent time with her in McMinnville, TN and she will be always be remembered with fondness.
What a precious lady! Brad and I could always count on her to pray for us. She blessed us so many times in our ministry at Oak Crest with an encouraging word or a gift card to a nice restaurant. She and Dick would open their home to us for a nice pontoon ride on a beautiful summer day. Of course she blessed us with her children as well, who have been dear friends for many years. She will be missed!

Irene was a dear friend of ours! We made so many memories on our vacations to Florida and our trips to Michigan. She was a kind sweet Christian lady who will be missed greatly. Our thoughts and prayers are with this special family at this time. Love you lots. Dan & Vangie Dobben
