Jack was a long time member of the North Ottawa Rod and Gun Club and our members express their condolences to the family on his passing. He will be remembered as a father, shooting skeet with his sons; as a club member, always ready to help - working on the traps, handling electrical problems, installing the lighting on the fields. As one member commented, "He was 'Johnny on the spot' when something needed fixing." Dear Auntie Margaret cousins - I know it must be so hard to lose Uncle Jack - especially after 88 years! I know my dad will miss his Tuesday morning coffee visits - I was there for a few of those visits and enjoyed the stories he had to tell from the "old days".
