Dianne Troy and Ty I write this with sadness from a worldly heart. Now I speak from Godly heart one that is filled with compansion from a brother in Christ whom I will see again. Yes remembering each day at GHP. His gift from God was kindness no matter who you were, Jerry would go out of his way to help or just say a kind hello. Remembering those special Saturday mornings in Whitehall with the fellas, Prayers Breakfast and Stock Club. The yearly get togethers at Dale's cottage what a beautiful majestic place Jerry and I said this is God's playground, Thanks Dale. Oh yes the Promise Keepers weekend we prayed together shed tears with 60000 other men at the Silverdome. Yes we learned a lot that weekend, we had to learn to be Godly men, boy we were humbled. Troy and Ty your father was Godly man he drew his strength from the Lord follow in his footsteps,He was was very proud of you. Dianne behind every Godly man is a Godly woman. I know why he was such a good man it was because of you and the Lord above. Love you brother in Christ.##imported-begin##Kenny Byrne##imported-end##
We were sorry to hear that Jerry passed away.
We both live in California but keep in contact through the local newspapers, on line.
We remember Jerry as a kind and wonderful man. Diann and Emma Lou were in the same class.
We know how much Jerry will be missed.
Heaven got a very special man today.
His name was Jerry Davison.

We are so sorry for your loss and the loss of a good soul. Jerry was always good to visit with. We don't live in the area anymore but do keep in touch with the happenings via internet but this kind of news always saddens us.
God Bless,

Even though I only knew Jerry about 15 years, I consider him to be a close friend and mentor. Jerry and I made lots of beautiful music together with the rest of the Choir. He was always right on pitch and very good at enunciation of some rather difficult phrases.
The last time I saw Jerry was just before Christmas '09 when some of the St. John's Choir members were out singing Christmas Carols. We stopped to see Jerry and Diane and half way through one of the Carols, Jerry got up and began to sing with me and the other bases. His voice was strong and clear and you could tell that he was enjoying himself. Such courage and strength.
There were lots of tears that evening and lots of good memories to last a lifetime.
Jerry will be greatly missed by sooo many people.
I hope to be able to sing with him again someday.

To the Davison Family,
You were blessed to have such a wonderful man in your life...as was I. I worked with Jerry at GHP and looked up to him. He was a fun man to be around. I remember his countdowns...whether it was to go to Florida or to retirement. He always had a smile on his face with his countdowns...but I always knew that as the numbers went down how much I was going to miss him...and will always miss him. Right now there is a funeral service going on for Jerry that I wasn't able to make, but believe me I am there in spirit. Bless all of you,
