All our family thought highly of John and Rose. We are all sorry to hear of John's passing but he and Rose built a legacy to be proud of with the fine family he left behind. Dear Rose and family,
We were saddened to hear of John's passing. We have missed both of you since you moved to Michigan. Your presence at Mass was always such a good example of your steadfast commitment to your faith. And more than that, you both have always been so kind and loving. I miss our "chance meetings" at garage sales on a Saturday morning as we checked out book bargains and other fun finds! Rose, I had the opportunity to visit with your daughters briefly when they were in Danville the last time. They are lovely and a wonderful tribute to the good parenting and loving home which you and John created together. All of you remain in our thoughts and prayers during this difficult time. I am so sorry to hear about John's passing. I have such wonderful memories from when we were neighbors in Danville. He led a well-lived life, was such a gentle soul, and I am glad that his dream to spend his sunset in his beloved Michigan came to pass. I didn't know John very long but remember him out mowing in the heat. He was so nice and a friendly neighbor. We have missed him and lovely Rose. My condolences to the family.

Rosemary let me know of Mr. Twork's passing, and I was so sorry to hear the news. I have many fond memories of the countless hours I spent playing at your house from kindergarten to sixth grade. Sunday nights Mr.Twork would make pizza, and sharing an occasional meal around your kitchen table was always special.
I was also invited to tag along to the store with the kids while Mr Twork took care of business after the store was closed for the day. The instructions were not to touch anything!!! I followed those instruction, since I knew being invited to come along was a privilege.
