Connie and family, I was sad to hear of Abe's passing. It brought back some very vivid memories of being part of the First Reformed Church. Abe had such a grand personality and it never wavered, if I had not seen him forone month or for one year. My thoughts and prayers are with you.

Dear DeYoung Family, So sorry to hear about your loss. Abe was such a nice man and always pleasant to talk to. He was such a family man and his grandchildren were so attached to him. His dedication to going to all of their sports events and things was amazing. You could see where his priorities were. I'm sure he will be greatly missed. I was sorry to see that Abe had passed away but PTL he is in the safe arms of Jesus. My husband and I enjoyed bowling with Abe and Dave for several years. Now Abe and Dan are probably talking about how they did it. God bless you and may you feel God's angels surround you at this sad time.

How sudden and how sad. We are happy to have seen Uncle Abe and talked with him at Aunt Marion's birthday party.
Carol sang at many funerals (including mom and dad's):
