Please accept my family's heartfelt condolences on the loss of your dear loved one. May you find comfort and peace in fond memories of them, and hope in God's biblical promise to shortly resurrect those asleep in death... ridding us of the agony death inflicts forever.
I remember Adolph very well, as my father Charles Staelens SR. and I were in his tavern a lot.I wish i knew his secret to living a long life! My condolences go out to his family.Sincerly,Warren J. StaelensFormerly of Muskegon from Boise ,ID
Duff and Betts were wonderful friends and next door neighbors for 30 years. Fortunate that they raised so many boys so they were prepared to put up with our three. We've missed Duff since we both moved elsewhere. Will always remember him, Betts and the family most fondly. Wishing peace.

Sending sympathy to Patrick and the rest of the family. Your dad and mom were friends with my grandparents, Whitey and Ted Deviaene. I remember being quite young and my grandpa would do his daily walk down to "Adolph's" occasionally with me and my brother in tow. Your dad was always larger than life and full of life. That's the memory of a young child looking up to a very tall gentleman behind the bar kibitzing back and forth with my grandpa! Anytime throughout the years when your parents were visiting my grandparents that "gentleman" was always a kind and gentle presence in my life. Holding all of you in prayer, Patti Ziegler Wolf

So very sorry for your loss. Adolph was a great man. He and my dad were dear friends for many decades! Prayers of comfort and peace to you all.
