Adrianna "Ada" Door's Obituary
Mrs. Adrianna “Ada” Dolislager Door, after a life blessed with many years, was called by her Lord and Savior to her heavenly home. Born in Muskegon Heights September 1, 1921 to Adrian and Petronella (Groeneveld) Dolislager, she was a graduate of Muskegon Heights High School. She was active from childhood in activities, services and programs at her Berean Church till called home. She was a lifelong member at Berean Church where she was active in Joy Circle and Bible study. Ada was employed as an inspector at Sealed Power Corp. for 45 years. On June 8, 1962, she married Jeffrey Door and he preceded her in death on March 11, 1991. She loved traveling and adventures, reading and puzzles.
SURVIVORS include her stepdaughter, Yvonne Piacenti of CA; nieces and nephews, David (Peg) Dolislager, Dale Younkers, Timothy (Karen Thompson) May, Bruce (Barb) Brown, Brian (Sue) Brown, Mark (Chris) Brown, Scott (Ranaé) Brown, Carol (Steve) McNeil, Louann (Walt) Dabrowski.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Jeffrey; infant brother, Jon Dolislager, brothers, John and Gerrit Dolislager; and sisters, Elizabeth May, Gertrude Younkers and Lena Brown.
A Funeral Service will be held at 11:00AM on Tuesday, November 26, 2019 at the Anchor Point Bible Church, 635 Seminole Rd., Norton Shores, MI 49441. A visitation with the family will be held one-hour prior at church. Interment will take place at Oakwood Cemetery. Memorial Contributions in Adrianna’s honor can be directed to the Anchor Point Bible Church. Arrangements entrusted to The Lee Chapel of Sytsema Cremation & Funeral Services, 6291 S.
