Agnes Kuharevicz's Obituary
Mrs. Agnes Kuharevicz, age 85, loving and devoted wife, mother, grandmother, and sister, died early Saturday morning, November 12, 2005. She was born November 3, 1920 in Rothbury, MI to Stephan and Anna (Kubon) Kandalec, and had moved to the Muskegon area as a child. Mrs. Kuharevicz was a 1940 graduate of Muskegon Heights High School, and had worked for the Anaconda Wire and Cable Company and the D and C Variety Store. She was a member of St. Francis deSales Catholic Church and belonged to the First Catholic Slovak Ladies Union. On May 24, 1952, she married Victor Kuharevicz at Sacred Heart Catholic Church in the Muskegon Heights, and he preceded her in death on May 9, 1967. SURVIVORS include 4 children, Karen (Tim) Martin of Muskegon, Thomas Kuharevicz of Norton Shores, Daniel Kuharevicz of Hesperia, James (Karen Cornell) Kuharevicz of Norton Shores; 4 grandchildren, Shaun, Michael, Mark, Sarah; brother, Edward Kandalec of Norton Shores; sister, Josephine “Frances” Hewitt of Kalamazoo; and a host of nieces, nephews, and a large extended family. She was also preceded in death by her parents, infant daughter, Christine, and 10 brothers and sisters. THE FUNERAL LITURGY will be celebrated 11:00 AM Wednesday at St. Francis deSales Catholic Church – Marian Chapel with the Rev. Fr. Thomas G. Simons presiding. Burial will take place in St. Mary’s Cemetery. VISITATION with the family will be from 6-8 PM Tuesday at
