Aimee Lynn Schuler's Obituary
Aimee Lynn Schuler, age 51, passed away unexpectedly on Wednesday, November 22, 2023. She was born June 15, 1972, in Muskegon to James and Beverly (Miel) Stone. Aimee was a proud member of the Little River Band of Ottawa Indians, and her Native American Heritage was so important to her. She was free-spirited, loved to tell stories, had a great sense of humor, and enjoyed watching movies, especially comedies. But more importantly, she loved spending time with her family and taking care of her grandson, Dimitri. SURVIVORS include six children: Zachary (Lily) Duga, Merrick Duga, Hannah Stone, Eve Schuler, Quinten Schuler, and Amaya Schuler; grandson, Dimitri Rogers; parents: James and Beverly Stone; brother, Phillip (Ashley) Stone; sister, Beckee Stone; three special nieces: Hailey Stone, Alissa Wood, and Melody Wood; and several other nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by a brother, John Stone; and a sister, Sara Stone. A Celebration of Life will be held from 3:00 PM – 6:00 PM Saturday, December 9, 2023 at the Fruitport Eagles (3354 S. Dangl Rd., Muskegon, MI 49444).
