Albert Carl DuShane's Obituary
Albert Carl DuShane, age 60, of Twin Lake passed away Saturday, November 29, 2014, at home. He was born January 7, 1954, in Grand Haven, to Carl and Grace (Vladika) DuShane, and he married Marleana “Nina” Johns on June 22, 1974.
Albert worked as an industrial welder. He enjoyed hunting, cooking, and spending time with his family; especially his grandkids.
He is lovingly remembered by his wife, Marleana “Nina” DuShane of Twin Lake; two sons, Matt (Caren) DuShane of Grant and Carl (Shannan) DuShane of Allendale; six grandchildren: Claire, Noah, Ryann, Alexis, Chase and Alivia; his sister, Vicki Reynolds; two brothers, Richard (Jeanene) DuShane and Frank DuShane; sister-in-laws, Kathy Sue Johns, Jean Nolf, Kathy Ann Johns, Julie (Roy) Leap; brother-in-laws, Russ (Wanda) Johns, Roy (Mary Jo) Johns and Todd Johns; and numerous nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his parents; father and mother-in-law, Arlen and Wanda Johns; his son, Chad DuShane in 2008; his sister, Blanche Wood; and brother-in-law, Lee Reynolds.
The funeral service will be held at 11:00 am on Thursday, December 4, 2014 at VanZantwick Bartels Kammeraad Funeral Home in Grand Haven with Rev. Jim Maness officiating. Visitation will be held one hour prior to the service. Interment will take place in Spring Lake Township Cemetery.
