Albert J. Mancuso's Obituary
Albert “Abbie” James Mancuso, age 67, passed away in Muskegon, MI, on Friday, April 4, 2025. Abbie was born in Muskegon on February 8, 1958, to Albert and Phyllis (Napierkowski) Mancuso. He graduated from Mona Shores High School and spent his whole life in the Muskegon area. He was interested in health and natural foods, which led him to work as a manager at GNC in Norton Shores for many years. His faith was very important to him, and for many years he was very involved in the ministry at Resting Place Church in Norton Shores. In his younger years he enjoyed playing hockey, but he still liked watching the Red Wings. He was very caring and always looked after his mother, and he loved to go for a ride in his convertible on nice days.
Abbie will be lovingly remembered by his mother, Phyllis Mancuso; two sisters: Cindy (Larry) Hysell and Lisa (Jim) Geresy; nieces and nephews: Ashley (Justin) Hysell-Frazier, Jasmine and Chandler Mancuso, and Christian Geresy; and great-niece and great nephew: Genevieve and Thatcher Frazier. He was preceded in death by his father, Albert Mancuso; brother, Christopher Mancuso; and nephew, Brandon Hysell.
A MEMORIAL SERVICE will be held at 11:00 AM on Saturday, April 12, 2025, at Resting Place Church, 5303 Grand Haven Rd, Norton Shores, MI, 49441, with VISITATION taking place an hour prior.
