ALBERTHA ANN
MUSKEGON
Mrs. Albertha Loss, age 89, went to be with her Lord, early Tuesday, July 19, 2005 at a local nursing home. She was born in Muskegon on November 24, 1915, to Henry and Pearl (Reus) Lenting. Albertha married Edward P. Loss on August 7, 1936 and he preceded her in death on October 10, 1983. She was a member of First Baptist Church, where she had sung in the choir. Albertha was a wonderful mother and grandmother. She is SURVIVED by 8 children, Donald (Norma) Loss of Muskegon, Roger Loss of Dade City, FL, Kenneth (Juanita) Loss of Muskegon, Phillip (Joanne) Loss of Rock Hill, SC, Therese “Terri” (Jerry) Gleason of Fruitport, Robert (Linda) Loss of Fremont, Michael (Janett) Loss of Muskegon, and Catherine (Haskell) Pack of Rock Hill, SC.; 29 grandchildren; 31 great grandchildren and 12 great-great grandchildren; a brother, John (Doris) Lenting of Winter Haven, FL; and many nieces and nephews. Albertha was preceded in death by 2 grandchildren; 1 great-grandchild; her sisters, Jenny Shappee Jolif, Agnes Kidder, Angie Palsrok, and Elma Davis. A SERVICE OF REMEMBRANCE will be held 11:00 AM, Saturday, July 23, 2005 at First Baptist Church, 1070 S. Quarterline Rd. with Pastor John H. Brown officiating.
