Alfred W. "Bud" Le Roux's Obituary
Alfred W. LeRoux, age 93, passed away Wednesday, November 24, 2010 following a short illness. He was born in Muskegon Heights on July 6, 1917 to Napoleon and Ella (Coston) LeRoux and was a 1936 graduate of Muskegon Heights H.S. Mr. LeRoux was employed as a pattern maker for 41 years, retiring from Anderson Pattern in 1977. He married the former Carol E. Moblo in Muskegon on September 21, 1940, having just celebrated 70 years of marriage. Carol survives him along with their: two sons, William (Susan) LeRoux of Norton Shores and Thomas (Kim) LeRoux of Holland; five grandchildren, Scott, Kelli, Troy, Kelli & Kylee; eight great-grandchildren, Shane, Shelbie, Wyatt, Cody, Bryan, Mandy, Kalman & Brooke and one great-great granddaughter, Alexis. He was preceded in death by: a grandson, Todd; two brothers, Francis and Arthur and sister, Eleanor Wilson. A memorial service will be held at: The Lee Chapel, Sytsema Funeral Homes, Inc. 6291 S. Harvey St. 231-798-1100.
