Cheryl and I worked with the greatest group of individuals anyone could hope for. Al was a key member of this group. He was very witty and had a work ethic second to none. Al got a hole in one at Terra Verde and his response to all the congratulations was "About time you put that hole where it belonged." He will be sorely missed. Ray Bell
I came to know Al while I worked at Terra
Verde during grad school. I felt sincere joy whenever he walked through the clubhouse door. He was kind, thoughtful, and always optimistic. I have thought of him often over the years and always hoped I’d run into him again some day. He convinced me to start golfing myself and I’m so grateful I knew him, even for a short time. Sending my best to the family he loved so much.
