Mr. Aloysius J. Ribecky's Obituary
Mr. Aloysius J. Ribecky, age 81, passed away on Monday, April 13, 2015 in Muskegon. He was born in Muskegon Heights, MI on April 16, 1933 to Paul and Mary (Vicen) Ribecky, Sr.. Al was a veteran of the United States Navy and served in the Korean War. He had been employed as a tool and die maker for Muskegon Piston Ring for 24 years before retiring in 1992 at the age of 60. Al was a member of Tatra Hall, Polish Union, Knights of Columbus and the Muskegon Eagles. He enjoyed golfing, bowling and traveling. He is survived by his two daughters, Diane (Martin) VanDonkelaar and Karen (Michael) Rambo; seven grandchildren, Scott (Lindsay) VanDonkelaar, Craig (Sarah) VanDonkelaar, Kurt (Courtney) VanDonkelaar, Brandi Ribecky, Keith (Rachel) Rambo, Rachel Rambo and Dustin Deephouse; four great-grandchildren, Trevor, Eli, Jacob and Steven; one brother, Paul (Bobbie) Ribecky and three sisters, Mary Radakovitz, Helen (David) Crane and Patricia Armstrong. He was preceded in death by one son, Edward J. Ribecky; his parents and three brothers, Frank, Edward and Joseph Ribecky. SERVICES will be 11:00 AM Saturday, April 18, 2015 at The Lee Chapel with Rev. Fr. William A. Langlois presiding. VISITATION will be from 6-8 PM Friday, April 17, 2015.
