Dear Mrs. Jacobson, Christi, Bob, Nelson, Lana, Steve, Edit and kids,
Our hearts go out to you all. Having lost my mom last year, we have a sense of what you're going through. Both were such inspired and inspiring individuals. They leave big holes in the hearts of those they've left behind. We can only hope that their examples of lives well lived can some day carry us through.
We're thinking of you and recalling many wonderful memories. I can still see Mr. Jacobson making his measured turns down the face hill, or smiling so broadly while surrounded by all of you in the Ivanhoff. And we'll never forget the New Years Eve party -- it's legend here in our home -- when Dan Pfieffer delivered Mr. Jacobson by snowmobile to our campfire at the stroke of midnight(the only man in the Kingdom who could get him there) in a raging snow storm. Your dad had promised to be there at midnight and -- aganist all odds -- was true to his word.
It goes without saying that we will all miss him. He was truly one of a kind, and we were so honored to know him. But it doen't end there. We know how rightly proud he was of all of you. We are so fortutunate to have you as friends. You've enriched our lives.
Mr. Jacobson's spirit and sparkle lives on -- admirably so -- in all of you. What a beautiful and fitty legacy.
With deepest sympathy,
Lisa, Lina, Carl & Jay Asquini##imported-begin##Jay Asquini##imported-end##
