Amanda K. Corgan's Obituary
Amanda K. Corgan, age 52, passed away unexpectedly on Wednesday, October 6, 2021 at home. She was born on April 12, 1969 in Fort Wayne, IN. She graduated from University of St. Francis in Fort Wayne, IN where she received her bachelor’s degree. She dedicated numerous years working as a social worker for the three main hospitals including Lutheran Hospital. Amanda married Eze Clinton in Nigeria in 2019 and together they cherished two years full of love and laughter. She was an animal lover but had a true love for all dogs. Anything and everything that involved a pup was certainly a love of Amanda’s. Above all things, she truly loved being a grandmother and spending her time making memories with her grandson, Leon. She will always be remembered for lighting up any room and her upbeat and joyful personality. Amanda’s tender-loving and kind spirit will truly be missed by all who knew her. She is survived by her husband, Eze Clinton; 2 children, Andrew (Crystal) Miller and Elizabeth Small; 2 grandchildren, Leon Miller and Evelyn Small; brother, Matthew Miller; aunt, Kate Maitner; and cousin, Joel Maitner. She is preceded in death by her mother, Kathleen Miller; and sister, Samantha Miller. Memorial contributions in Amanda’s name can be made directly to the NOAH Project.
