Amy L. Bohland's Obituary
Amy Lynn Bohland, age 43, passed away unexpectedly on Friday, May 29, 2020. She was born September 19, 1976 to Ronald and Linda (Adams) Bohland in Grand Haven. A lifelong resident of the area, she attended Muskegon Community College and enrolled at Baker College in the Medical Assistant program. Amy worked at Mercy Hospital in central scheduling. She loved to dance and belonged to the Maycroft Square Tappers from the age of 6 until she graduated from Mona Shores High School in 1994. She then continued to dance with the Lumbertown Cloggers who performed at many events locally and around the state. She loved watching her daughter in cheer, playing t-ball, soccer, powderpuff football, and most recently MS choir and Lacrosse never missing a game. Amy leaves behind her daughter, Ashlee Jakubowski; parents, Ron and Linda; aunts and uncles, Brenda and Jim Mylenek, Tracy and Jennifer Adams; and cousins, Lindsay Ream, Ryan (Ally) Mylenek, Trevor Adams, and Meghan Adams. A Graveside Service with Pastor Wally Coots will be June 18, 2020 at 1PM at Norton Cemetery (743 Airport Rd., 49441).
