A beautiful spirit that will be sorely missed. Every time I see the Fleetwood Mac Gypsy video, I see Kelly dancing that way. We were deeply saddened at the news of Kelly’s passing. She always exuded Peace & Love & in fact ended every conversation with a similar statement, and adding “my friend”. She was always so natural with her parting hugs with sincerity that was never questioned. No matter what any of us believe, the most important and unifying element is Love. Kelly brought that to light in each & every one of us. That will never end for all of eternity. Kelly was ALWAYS making sure everyone else was fine even when she was down. She was very loving and fun and encouraging to be around. A little crazy at times but a good crazy, more zany than crazy like when she wanted me to paint eyes on her scooter. We all know that didn't last long. Scooter gone! Lol. Pat, your in my prayers and I will be thinking of you and the family. You all are in my prayers including the whole congregation. So sad.
I will never forget my dear Kelly Powell. Her love of flowers, Renaissance fairs, and her fabulous style. She will be remembered for her zeal of the Bible’s message, her love of helping others and her wearing sandals all winter long. My heart dropped when I heard she had passed 😢 Pat words cannot express the pain in my heart for you. You are in my prayers and am sending you a tearful hug all the way from Ecuador.
I met beautiful Kelly in 1999, struggling through a 2nd pregnancy and fearful of having complications as I had had before. What a kind, caring, loving, genuine person. She helped calm the fear, and having sessions with her helped all to go well. What an amazing woman, who touched anyone and everyone with love and kindness. We can all honor her by emulating her. You will be missed by all. Peace and love~
