in honor of Andrew.

Back when I owned Tim's Diner in Spring Lake and was working 7 days a week, Andrew came in the diner and offered his services on Sunday mornings so I could sleep in a little. It was pure joy to have someone like Andrew offer his expertise and time. I will forever remember that time.

I met Andrew while in Culinary School many years ago and we had a good raport the years following. He was a fantastic chef, and caused those around him to elevate their game just to keep up. I won't forget his kindness and passion. RIP Chef!
