in honor of Andrew.

I used to bug Chef about his Pumpkin bisk he made back at The Lake house; I enjoyed it. Chef always complimented my shoulders and respected my build. However, unfortunately, Chef had to fire me due to the lack of being punctual and attendance and as I stated to him during the end of our conversation “He was gracious with me”. He had to do what he had to do. It is very bothersome to hear that he’s passed on. WOW. 🤦🏾‍♂️ Rest In Peace Chef —KT

in honor of Andrew.

Back when I owned Tim's Diner in Spring Lake and was working 7 days a week, Andrew came in the diner and offered his services on Sunday mornings so I could sleep in a little. It was pure joy to have someone like Andrew offer his expertise and time. I will forever remember that time.

I met Andrew while in Culinary School many years ago and we had a good raport the years following. He was a fantastic chef, and caused those around him to elevate their game just to keep up. I won't forget his kindness and passion. RIP Chef!
