Andrew R. Crouse's Obituary
Andrew R. Crouse, age 45, of Spring Lake, MI, passed away unexpectedly in Ft. Myers, FL, on April 19, 2008. He was a native of the Grand Rapids area and a graduate of Forest Hills Northern High School.
He is survived by his dad and mom, Joel and Barbara Crouse of Spring Lake; his brother Joel, Jr. of Tacoma, WA; his sister Dr. Jill Crouse-Zeineddini, her husband Adam Zeineddini and their son Jonathan of Newbury Park, CA; his brother Paul and his wife Shino Tsuji of Kyoto, Japan; his nephew David of the U.S. Marine Corps, currently stationed in Okinawa, Japan; his niece and nephew Caitlin and Ian of Mahwah, NJ; as well as by several aunts, uncles, and cousins.
The service for Andrew will be held at 11:00 a.m. Saturday, April 26, 2008, at VanZantwick Bartels Kammeraad Funeral Home in Spring Lake with Rev. Leonard Sudlik officiating. Friends may meet the family two hours prior to the service, from 9-11 a.m. Saturday, at the funeral home. Interment will be in Spring Lake Township Cemetery.
