Angela, you passed away a week and three days ago. i still cannot believe i wont see your face at my door anymore. no more midnight chats and walks with our dogs. Poochie Bear left today with your uncle the funeral is over and its quiet now. My heart aches at the thought of this really being it. I hope you are at peace and i hope you know how loved and missed you are :..(..
I went to Churchill Porter and Mona Shores Junior High With Angie. She was a good friend in School.

"Ang" was my beautiful, funny niece and godchild. I grieve knowing I will no longer receive calls at 2 AM starting, "I only have 2 or 3 minutes on my Gov phone but thought I'd call to say I love you." However, I have faith that she is now re-united with her mother and father, particularly the latter who she lost at a tender age of 18 and, even more, with her soul-mate, brother Mike. To Angela, the sun rose and fell on Mike and I know Mike felt the same way. They were dear, sweet children. A whole branch of Clan Sullivan has passed away. RIP.
I am truly sorry for your loss. Death is an enemy, causing much pain and sorrow to loved ones. It is my hope that this family is able to find comfort from the bible's message of hope. (John 5:28, 29; Revelation 21:3-5)
There are so many memories of my dear friend, Angela that I will cherish forever. She was the first girl I met on the first day of school at Mona Shores Junior High. I walked into Art class, sat next to her, and we were instantly friends. She became my best friend in middle school and this continued into high school. We spent just about every day together year round. We had hundreds of sleepovers, went to every junior high dance, and encouraged each other on the gymnastics and track teams. She was so good at backhand springs and back somies. She tried so hard to help me do a backhand spring. She was even there when I had a severe injury in gymnastics and helped me to the locker room and then walked me to the office. In track we both competed in the high jump...never against each other, but as a team. In summers we would practice almost daily high jumping into my 3 foot above ground pool. We both loved the sun. We loved to ride our bikes to Circle S or the beach and soak up the rays. We both attended the same church and went through confirmation class together, along with her brother, Mike. We sang in the church choir, which gave us both so many laughs. She would insert funny words in the middle of songs and make me laugh so hard...even in front of the whole congregation!! We were in Girl Scouts for three years, and we always looked forward to the cookie sale. We worked together to sell over 300 boxes! Again, it was never a competition, we would each take every other house and go together. We spent a lot of time in the summers at the Churchill Henry playground practicing our tricks on the bars, walking to Pic-N-Pac. We practiced like crazy to make the cheerleading team, doing cheers together over and over and over...neither of us made it. But she always stayed positive. In my yearbook, she wrote "...it's a bummer we didn't make cheerleading but let's practice even harder and we'll make it next year." Every Halloween, we'd run for two hours getting candy, then come back to her house combine our candy and divide it up evenly. We went to concerts in high school. One was on a school night with Tim, Doug, Todd, me and Angela. We had to beg our moms to go because it was a school night. Then on the way home, we got not one, but TWO flat tires and Todd's dad had to pick us up in GR. We got home at 5:00 and still had to go to school! We spent each August in middle school riding our bikes to our first job picking blueberries. We would have goals and contests each day to pick at least 8 buckets a day. At the end of the week, we would take our $40 check to Whippie Dip and use most of it. She was a hard worker, and a very true friend. I can't remember one fight we had (even after I gave her a HORRIBLE crooked haircut!!) Unfortunately I went away to college and we didn't keep in touch much after that. I feel so blessed to have such great memories of Angela. She will forever be a part of me. XOXO
Angela was the sweetest girl. Always loved seeing her smile. She was full of life and fun. There are so many memories of her and other fun friends getting together and having a good time. I know she endured more than most and I find peace knowing that she is with God in heaven.
Angela was a dear friend in high school and we were even roomates for awhile following school. I have fond memories of our times together. She always had a good heart and had to endure too many hardships. To live in hearts we leave behind is not to die.
