Angeline Ann Anscomb's Obituary
Angeline Ann Anscomb, age 82, met her Heavenly Father on Sunday, June 25, 2023. She was born on October 27, 1940, to Walter and Nelly (Zyler) Szost in Muskegon, MI. She graduated from Muskegon High School class of 1958. On November 8, 1958, she married the love of her life Gerald Anscomb at St. Michael the Archangel Catholic Church. Together they cherished 64 years full of love and laughter. Angeline was skilled in ceramics and shared her talents by dedicating her time as a teacher for numerous years. She enjoyed spending her time knitting and donating 100’s of scarves to those in need. She enjoyed spending her time reading, cooking and tending to her flowers in her pristine garden. Angeline took pleasure in new adventures and loved to travel. Above all, she loved spending time with her family and friends. Her tender-loving and vivacious spirit, which was balanced with just the right amount of stubbornness will truly be missed. She is survived by her loving husband, Gerald Anscomb; son, Gerald (Laura) Anscomb II; daughter, Tricia (John) Mueller; two grandchildren, Landry Mueller and Kellen Mueller; and three sisters, Margaret Nelson, Rosemary Clock and Rita Field. She was preceded in death by her parents; and two sisters, Barbara McCann and Roberta Ferral. A Funeral Service will be held at 1:00 PM on Thursday, June 29, 2023, at The Sytsema Chapel of Sytsema Funeral & Cremation Services, 737 E. Apple Ave., Muskegon, MI 49442. A visitation will be held one-hour prior at the funeral home. Angeline will be laid to rest at Bridgeton Cemetery. Memorial Contributions in her honor can be directed to Harbor Hospice.
