Anna May Calkins' Obituary
Anna May Calkins, age 76, passed away on Monday, April 1, 2019. She was born on April 11, 1942 to Donald and Agnes Lewis in Muskegon. A lifelong resident of the area, she married Charles Calkins and he preceded her in death on December 4, 2013. Anna enjoyed knitting and spending time outdoors, especially in her garden. Anna is survived by her children, Pam Calkins, Kay (Steve) Marshall, Donald Calkins, Betty (G.O.) Geordani, Becky Calkins and Ruth (Steve) Line; grandchildren, Angela Lewis, Anna Marshall, Christopher Marshall, Brandy (James) Branham, Hollie Line, Steven Line, Joseph Line, Crystal (Dan) Calloway and Sandra (Rhett) Bartman; 13 great-grandchildren; brother, Don Lewis, Jr; brothers and sisters-in-law, Bob Calkins, Donna Calkins, Ned (Jan) Durgan and Joyce (Brian) Reynold; and lifelong friends, Pat and Paul Carson, Ann and Darrell Saban and John Gerhardstein. She was preceded in death by her parents, and sister, Agnes. Per Anna’s wishes, no services will be held.
