Mrs. Anna Louise Myers' Obituary
Mrs. Anna Louise Myers, age 81, passed away Wednesday, February 19, 2014 in Muskegon. She was born in Bellville, IL on March 13, 1932 to Albert and Flossie (Pariot) Spreitler and was a life resident of the area. Anna dedicated her life to helping others. She volunteered at several Muskegon area locations including over 14 years at Mercy Hospital and McGraft Park Senior Center. Anna was a member of Sacred Heart Catholic Church. She is survived by her husband, Donald Myers; 3 sons, Douglas (Peggy) Herring, Steven Herring, and Ronald (Cheryl) Herring; 4 grandchildren; 6 great-grandchildren; 3 brothers, Charles (Pam) Draper, Roger (Barb) Draper and Rick Draper; and 2 sisters, Jacqueline Thomas and Judy (Gordon) Cole. She was preceded in death by her first husband, Douglas P. Herring, in 1997 and her sister, Charlene McKee. FUNERAL SERVICES will be 11:00 AM Monday, February 24, 2014 at The Lee Chapel, 6291 S. Harvey St., 231-798-1100 with Rev. Fr. Norman Droski presiding. VISITATION will be one hour prior to the service. Burial will be in Mona View Cemetery.
