There are so many great memories I have of my Grandma it is hard to list them all. She was the most loving and kind person. She was always there for us no matter what. I can never remember a time without her being in my life. She was our great "protector", always worried about us more than herself. I loved to just sit with her and talk and listen to all the great stories while watching the bluebirds. Or leaving to go home and seeing her wave to me from the porch on summer days. Not only was she so very special to me, but also to my son Dean. She was his "Grandma Raap" and she lovingly called him "Dean Tibbs". The great-grandkids will always remember the box of toys at Grandma's house and her sitting at the table playing blocks or cowboys and indians with them. I know she is with Grandpa & Aunt Mary now but she will always have a very special place in our hearts and we will miss her greatly. We love you always and forever, Gram...##imported-begin##Missy, Rodney & Dean Tibbs##imported-end##

My children were so fortunate to know there Great Grandma they referred to as there little Grandma! Zackery said "Grandma drank a lot of ice tea!" Taylor said "Grandma always let me feed those fish of hers!" Kelsey who has part of Grandmas name for a middle name is a spit fire just like her, she remembers all the Hershey's Grandma would always give her and they are to this day her favorite candy bar! These are just a few little things that my children have as a memory of the lady they called there little grandma!##imported-begin##Zack, Taylor, and Kelsey Raap##imported-end##
There are times when the right words just don't exist..Times when feelings are too deep to be expressed, but at this time may it bring you some peace and comfort to know that caring thoughts are with you every day. My mother was a wonderful women. Her children were her life. I will miss her terribly. She has always been there when I needed her, loving me unconditionaly, and giving me advice. All children should be so lucky to have a mom like her! She was tired though. She told me that many times. I believe she is in a better place now with her bluebirds, my dad, and my sister Mary Lou who she loved dearly. If I'm lucky I'll see her again someday. Until then she will always be in my heart. I love you mom! Until I see you again. Your daughter Audrie##imported-begin##Audrie Raap##imported-end##
